Backstage Experience Ltd
The Backstage Experience 2026By completing a purchase, clearing an electronic invoice transaction, or registering an experiential allocation via our official digital portals (www.backstage-experience.com and backstage-experience.com/backstage), you (the “Client”, “Participant”, or “Traveler”) enter into a legally binding contract with THE BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE SL (operating on behalf of the DJ Awards) (the “Company”).
Depending on the specific tier purchased (Core 3-Night Residency, Gala Table, or 7-Night Chairman’s Choice Takeover), your package includes an absolute, predefined inventory allocation consisting exclusively of:
To legally secure short-term Balearic room allocations, vendor table locks, and custom artist access, full payment (100%) is required upfront via the centralized Stripe gateway at the point of booking. No places will be reserved on a speculative basis.
All pricing is dynamically pegged to fixed promotional windows (Launch Early Bird, Voting Open, Final Release). If a checkout link or automated invoice remains unpaid past a milestone boundary date (e.g., 4th August or 8th September 2026), the reservation automatically lapses, and the booking must be re-processed at the higher current market tier pricing.
If a Client experiences an issue regarding hotel room allocation, ground transport, or venue table hospitality, they must notify the on-duty Backstage Experience concierge team immediately via our dedicated 24/7 WhatsApp Hotline or in person.
The Company must be granted a reasonable operational window to correct or mitigate any service delivery inconsistencies on-site with our local suppliers.
If an issue cannot be resolved on the ground, a formal written complaint must be submitted to corporate@backstage-experience.com within 14 days of the conclusion of the event. Failure to lodge a complaint within this window constitutes an absolute waiver of any future claim or compensation request.
The Client acknowledges that the Company is an experiential ground curator and that the following elements are strictly excluded from all packages:
It is a mandatory condition of booking that all Participants must secure comprehensive Personal Travel & Medical Insurance prior to traveling to Ibiza.
The Client’s insurance policy must explicitly cover emergency medical evacuation, overseas hospitalization, personal liability, and trip interruption. The Company reserves the right to request proof of insurance coverage at the point of VIP accreditation check-in.
The Company operates as an elite experiential broker. While we carefully curate our partners, the Company handles assets on a pay-as-you-go supplier framework and cannot be held legally liable or responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or logistical failure caused by the operational negligence, staff strikes, bankruptcy, or service degradation of third-party entities (including but not limited to Nobu Hotel, Amnesia, Zuma, or private yacht operators).
Lineups, set times, and performing artists at partner hyper-clubs (Pacha, UNVRS, Hï) are controlled entirely by the respective venue managements. The Company is not liable for sudden schedule changes, artist cancellations, or club entry delays caused by security protocols.
Under all circumstances, the maximum aggregate financial liability of the Company to any individual Client for any verified breach of contract, negligence, or service failure shall be strictly limited to a sum equal to one times (1x) the total gross amount paid by the Client for their specific residency package. The Company explicitly excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (such as loss of business or emotional distress).
Because asset block-bookings are funded immediately upon your checkout to guarantee exclusivity, all client balances are 100% non-refundable. There are no cash refunds or structural credits for partial attendance or cancellations.
If a Participant can no longer travel, the booking may be completely transferred to a substitute guest.
Name changes must be requested in writing at least 14 days prior to arrival and are subject to an administrative re-manifesting fee of £500 per booking, which must be cleared before updated hotel and venue credentials can be brand-issued.
The Company maintains a unified Event Cancellation, Abandonment, and Non-Appearance Insurance policy through Tysers London Underwriters (backed by Lloyd's of London syndicates).
In the highly unlikely scenario that the 25th Anniversary DJ Awards Gala or associated core residency is fully canceled, abandoned, or rendered structurally impossible to fulfill due to an insured force majeure event, the Client is contractually entitled to a 100% refund of their package purchase price.
Refunds triggered under Clause 8.2 shall be executed via a dual-settlement framework: the 70% capital balance securely held within the locked Stripe milestone container shall be reversed immediately to the original paying account, and the remaining 30% deposit balance shall be settled and disbursed immediately upon the clearance of the underlying venue refund files and Tysers underwriting adjustment declaration. The total target settlement window shall not exceed thirty (30) business days following the formal cancellation announcement.
By participating in The Backstage Experience, the Client acknowledges that professional photo and video teams (including teams managed by Jukebox PR) will be capturing media across the venues. The Client grants the Company and The DJ Awards SL a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their likeness in future promotional, social media, and broadcast marketing material across official digital channels (facebook.com/djabackstage and instagram.com/djabackstage).
All primary client contact records and metadata are jointly owned, with long-term retention rights held securely by The DJ Awards SL for future event retargeting.
These Consumer Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of Scotland, and all buyers irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
